We are available and happy to provide new clients with free consultations, either in person at our office or by telephone.  We can explain what is necessary to ensure a smooth closing.

When should you contact Title Choice?

While it is most common for us to be brought into the process after a purchase agreement has been signed by the buyer and seller, many of our clients call us even earlier in the process to get everything lined up for their transaction.

Fees for Title Insurance and Closing

Fees vary depending on a number of factors, such as the documents that require recording with the county recorder’s office, the requirements of the transaction, the purchase price of the property, and many other factors.

Our fees are very competitive and generally below other title agencies based out of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.  The quality of services provided for your transaction, however, will be as comprehensive, competitive, and professional as you will come across in Minnesota.

Whether your closing is in 3 months or at the end of the week, we can hustle to make it happen on time for you. We can work around your schedule to ensure the closing takes place as planned.
