Buyer Checklist
- Government issued photo identification (Driver’s License/ID Card, Passport, Armed Services Card, or Photo Tribal ID Card)
- Listing of residences dating back 10 years
- Wired funds for at least the remainder of down payment, or in the amount your lender gave you in your “Good Faith Estimate” if you are financing your purchase
- Proof of sale of previous home, if applicable. For example, a copy of the settlement statement and transfer deed
- Social Security Number(s)
- If you are married, your spouse may need to attend the closing
- Any further documentation that your Loan Officer may asked you to supply
Seller Checklist
- Government issued photo identification (Driver’s License/ID Card, Passport, Armed Services Card, or Photo Tribal ID Card)
- Listing of residences dating back 10 years
- Keys and garage door openers
- Forwarding address and and telephone number
- Invoices for any and all unpaid utilities, taxes, or assessments pertaining to the home
- Any and all unrecorded items that affect the title
- Any and all items that the closer has requested you to supply
- Prior to closing, please make arrangements for final readings on water, gas and electric if applicable
- If you are married, your spouse may need to attend the closing
